Much of my experience I have now with training was instilled in me at a very young age. Growing up being an athlete I was able to develop the traits needed to be a high performer when it came to any physical activity. After graduating high school I decided to stop playing sports and put all my focus into lifting weights with the intention of transforming my body completely. Without realizing it I had just taken the first step into what would one day be my full time profession.
A few years into my own weight training it became very apparent to me that the benefits one receives from weightlifting go beyond physical appearance and any number that you can lift in the gym. The process of self discovery, leads to the irreplaceable sense of self fulfillment and self reliance that can only result from the constant challenge of bettering oneself in the gym.

A lot of people struggle to discover what their passion in life is and for that reason I feel very fortunate to have found mine at a very young age. After studying Nutrition in college, I got certified as Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Fast forward a few years later I am still as excited about helping people with their fitness goals as I was with my very first client.
Everything you ever wanted is right outside your comfort zone and getting to the next level with your fitness is no different.
You don’t have to be great to start, but you do have to start to be great.
